The SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) is the Matrimonial Services Provider Tamils, Sinhalese and Indian Tamils in the world. In order to access the SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) ("Site"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member") read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement").

If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) site service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process and you have to have minimum one active profile in your account. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership.

Account/Password You will receive a password and Profile ID upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (1) immediately notify SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (2) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

Use of your Account/ Membership

Your Membership is only for your personal use and will not to be assigned, transferred, licensed or shared to be use by any other person/entity. You are responsible for the Content You post or transmit through SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) site and service.

Your membership will automatically be terminated if you send, at SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk)’s discretion, inappropriate message(s) or unsolicited mails to other members.

The messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the site and service for the purpose of friendship, pen-pal, e-pal, dating or even flirting etc.

You will not post or transmit any content, information or copyrighted materials without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. You will not use this site for illegal activities of any kind deemed by the governing local law enforcements.

Terms of Service

SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) provides you with access to the matrimonial detail of the registered to find a life partner in a Sri Lankan traditional way.

SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) reserves the right to introduce, modify, or cancel any service on this portal and such services may or may not be related to Matrimonial Services.

The duplicated profiles will be removed immediately or your account may be suspended under further notice.

You may also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and these advertisements are necessary for SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) to provide the service for All Sri Lankans and Tamil Indians.

You may also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk), such as service announcements, administrative messages, newsletter, promotions and these communications are considered as part of your membership.

SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) reserves the right to introduce paid services and charge a nominal fee for the services they have provided as free service or make any paid services as free at any given time.

Money paid for the paid services will not be refunded at any cost, if you violated our “Terms of Service”.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the site and/or are a member of SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) . You may close your membership account at any time, for any reason by writing to SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) via the contcat us page.

If you or The SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) terminates/ close your account, The SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) will keep your profile and the registration information on our system as acheive. The Profile will be not be shown to public and marked as “removed profile” and your registration details will be kept securely on our system as private.

We will not entirely delete your registration or profile/s details from our system and your registration or any other details will not be provided to third party at any circumstances once your profile become inactive/terminate by you or terminate by SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk)

Non-Commercial Use by Members

The SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours.

This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) and should not use the SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) Service or Site for any purpose.

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site: -

You understand and agree that the SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) may delete your account without any prior notification that, any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of The SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, racism, porno graphics, sexually explicit material of any kind, solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users, unsolicited emails, harasses or advocates harassment of another person or threaten the safety of SriLanka Matrimony (Matrimony.lk) and/or its Members.

Termination of Account
